Insurance App MVP

At the stage of designing a mobile application for an insurance company, our customer could not decide on the functionality that needed to be included in the MVP. In the end, we decided to do an experiment and ask three questions to artificial intelligence. As a result, an unexpected conclusion and a quick solution to the problem were obtained.

Question one: are today’s users happy with insurance mobile apps?

User satisfaction with insurance mobile apps can vary depending on several factors, including the app’s design, functionality, ease of use, and the specific needs of the users. While many insurance mobile apps have improved over the years and offer convenient features, there can still be variations in user satisfaction.

Some users find insurance mobile apps to be beneficial and appreciate the convenience they provide. These apps allow users to access their policy information, make payments, file claims, and communicate with customer support from the comfort of their smartphones. The ability to perform these tasks on-the-go can save time and make managing insurance-related matters more convenient.

However, it’s important to note that user satisfaction can also be influenced by individual experiences and expectations. Some users may encounter technical issues with the app, experience difficulties navigating through complex features, or have limited functionality compared to what they expect. In some cases, users may prefer traditional methods of communication or find the app’s interface challenging to use.

Insurance companies continually work to improve their mobile apps based on user feedback and evolving technological advancements. They aim to enhance user experience, simplify processes, and provide more value to their customers. User satisfaction is a priority for insurance providers, and they strive to address any concerns or limitations to ensure their mobile apps meet the needs and expectations of their users.

If you are considering using an insurance mobile app, it’s recommended to review user reviews, explore app ratings, and consider the specific features and functionality that are important to you. This can help you make an informed decision about which app may be the best fit for your insurance needs.

Question two: five reasons why the client needs a mobile insurance application?

Convenient access: With a mobile app, customers can easily access their insurance information anytime and anywhere, without the need to visit the insurer’s office or website.

Faster service: Mobile apps enable customers to file claims, request services, and get updates on their policies quickly and efficiently, without having to wait on hold or navigate a complex phone tree.

Seamless communication: Mobile apps provide a direct line of communication between customers and insurers, allowing them to exchange information, ask questions, and get personalized support.

Enhanced security: Mobile apps often come with advanced security features such as two-factor authentication and biometric login, ensuring that customers’ sensitive information remains protected.

Better experience: Overall, a mobile app can provide insurance customers with a more user-friendly and personalized experience, making it easier for them to manage their policies and get the coverage they need.

Question three: why insurance companies need mobile apps?

Convenience: Mobile applications provide a convenient way for customers to access their insurance information and services on-the-go, without the need for a computer.

Improved customer engagement: Mobile applications provide insurance companies with a platform to engage with their customers and provide personalized services, such as push notifications for policy renewals, claims status updates, and more.

Cost savings: By automating certain processes through a mobile application, insurance companies can save on costs associated with manual paperwork and phone-based customer support.

Competitive advantage: Offering a mobile application can help insurance companies differentiate themselves from their competitors and attract tech-savvy customers.

Data insights: Mobile applications provide a wealth of data on user behavior, which can help insurance companies improve their services and tailor their offerings to better meet customer needs.

Therefore, according to AI, both insurance companies and their clients expect a mobile application to provide convenient access to information about already purchased insurance products. This conclusion helped to clearly formulate the composition of the MVP and satisfy the customer’s expectations.
